Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Vigilia Park had its highs and lows. The main positives were the clean and modern apartments with fantastic views, and the well-maintained rooftop pool, even if it felt cramped at times. On the downside, I felt quite unsafe due to the lack of security and access issues, especially since the dining options were also a letdown, with cold food at breakfast. Overall, I wouldn't say it's a place I'd recommend for a peaceful getaway.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and shops, and our room was larger than expected with a great view. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bed sheets and the noise from the pool renovations. Overall, it was a decent stay but had its drawbacks.
I had a lovely two-week stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean with a functional kitchen, perfect for independence, though lacking an oven. The pool facilities were enjoyable, especially for kids, but there were some rules that made pool time a bit less fun. Overall, it's a great family-friendly spot, but watch out for the dining service and some unfriendly staff members.
This hotel offers great value for a 2-star property, with spacious and clean apartments that come with beautiful views. The location in Los Gigantes is picturesque but hilly, which could be a challenge for some. The staff were friendly, and the pools were enjoyable, albeit with some restrictions. However, the noisy surroundings and uncomfortable mattress protectors were significant downsides to the stay.
I had a lovely week at Vigilia Park. The rooms are spacious and clean, perfect for a home base during our stay. However, the noise from outside was quite bothersome, especially in the mornings. The hotel is conveniently located next to a shopping complex and near several great restaurants, but don’t expect a vibrant nightlife scene. Overall, it’s fantastic value for a budget-friendly getaway, but there are a few areas needing improvement.
